While sexual health educator is self-explanatory, doula might not be. My full-spectrum doula training covered providing emotional & informational support during fertility, pregnancy, labour/birth, postpartum & abortion/loss. So, if you are looking to be supported in any of these, let's chat about what a doula can do for you (or take a peek at my about section)! All this to say, I am able to help you out in various ways from before conception to after childbirth. 

There is a doula and educator out there for everyone! To be candid, I provide sexual & reproductive health services & education that balance both scientific evidence and cultural understandings of parenthood, in both Tamil and English. I work using a feminist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens and it shapes the sort of biopsychosocial support I provide!
