While sexual health educator is self-explanatory, doula might not be. My full-spectrum doula training covered support during pregnancy, labour/birth, postpartum/perinatal period & fertility/loss. Essentially, I am able to provide informational, emotional, and mental support to parents from before conception to after childbirth. On top of this, I am also certified in lactation/infant feeding and trained in sexual health education to support parents further. I am a passionate and inclusive person who is looking to provide services that balance science and cultural understandings of parenthood, in both Tamil and English.
